Reboot!

Hump day Wednesday, middle of the week.
Time to take a look into the weekend and plan some killer workouts.
After sleep in power jog perhaps?
Massive sat morning gym session?
Possibly a ride to the beach and a swim?
Whatever you choose pump it up a little harder this weekend try and go that bit further than you have before.
