Friends don’t let friends skip leg days!

Saddly many people miss the legs in a workout.

Now I’m not saying you gotta be all wanting deep cut thighs as big as your house.

Or calves that you could play coin bouncing games off even when you’re not flexing.

I’m just saying that missing out on legs is a no no! You should ALWAYS have time for a legs workout, NO SKIP!

Why.

Ok let’s put this into 2 categories Men Pros and Women Pros!((there is only one con (you will have sore legs over the next 2 days for the first few attempts))

Women.
Squats (this is a primary leg workout staple) are your butt lifting friend. With squats you will not only burn more calories after your workout (and into the next couple of days while your legs still hurt) but your butt will benefit from a booty lifting burn.
Calf raises will give you gams that will stand the test on your next race day in heels.
The leg muscles are some of the biggest muscles which means resistance training your legs can lead to more fat burning without having to to always get your cardio on.

Men.
Leg workouts stimulate the testosterone which in turn leads to better muscle development.
Without leg exercises you run the risk of chicken legs! A very serious condition on a glamour muscle gym junkie. Muscular up top but nothing I the legs.
Plus you'll get all of the benefits discussed in the women's pros list.

So get to it and remember.
