Mass Effect!


Almost a month to go before I have my big day…
That’s right my wedding day.
What this means is a great month of inspiration for cutting and shredding!!
The last month or so have been great, eating heaps, pushing heavy weights at the gym, generally getting bigger.
But now it’s time to flip that all around and really get a sweat on.
Loads of cardio and lots of sweat inducing weights training.
So what’s the plan?
A jog every morning before work.
And a resistance routine incorporating as many big body movement exercises as possible.
It’s time to go from Anabolic to catabolic.
Also on the nutrition side of things it’s much smaller meal portions and healthy options all the way. Minimise the fat and keep as much protein as possible. This will be made easier to track with the use of the food diary app that I’m using.
Bring on the burn and bring on the shred.
Boom-shaka-laka!!
