For your health!
Ahhhh if only it was that simple Dr Steve Brule. 

I'm signed up to a couple of body building motivation pages, these pages all aim to inspire and each day they do, for me. I'm aware that some of these "athletes" are using products that aren't good for their health, but the underlying message of "get off your arse and train!" is strong and valid. 

If having a ripped body, bulging biceps or a six pack of abs isn't YOUR goal, these pages might not be for you. But this doesn't mean you shouldn't subscribe to these pages for wisdom and motivation. 

I think for some, starting with a HEALTH goal would be a better starting point. Nobody said you can't dream big, but making sure your goals and plans to achieve them are manageable might stop you from failing. Following some healthy eating and simple fitness pages might be a better starting point before going HARD CORE!

How many people start a New Years resolution to get fit and then fail? Is this because they look in the mirror after one week and say, "I don't look like the fitness models that I'm aspiring to". Results can be the best motivator and indicator of how you are traveling.

So maybe if you struggle to play at the park with your kids, or you are always sleepy or you have sore body parts from being over weight, try making goals to change these health related issues first. Then over time decide who you want to be. 

Exercising for your health is and should be everybody's first and formost goal, everything else should be second (in my opinion anyway!)
