La Resistance!

There are probably a quite a few people out there male andfemale that think, if you start lifting weights and “pumping iron” you aregoing to be on a fast track for becoming the incredible hulk or a giant bodybuilder.

But the truth of it is, you really need to work super hardat becoming muscle bound.

Muscle is the true machine for weight loss maintenance.
Ultimately the more muscle mass the more energy you canconsume and the more energy you’ll burn without doing much at all, postworkout.

Now I’m not suggesting that you even try and become abulging rippled mass of muscle. Instead, if you are so inclined, I’m suggestingthat instead of just jogging on the treadmill or doing your aerobics classes;throw a couple of days of refined resistance training in instead.

This will not only break a repetitive and possibly boringroutine, but will allow you to tone specific areas of your body that the sweatfairy alone cannot reach.
You can even use resistance training at the end of everycardio workout that you do to rest your legs and workout your upper body.
So many females avoid the resistance training due to thefear of growing bulging biceps, but without the testosterone in the system, itis impossible to get to Arnold size. That’s why the BIG female body buildersalways seem to have squared chins and Adams apples…

If you look at the female body builders of a more slenderframe, focus is on abdominals, butts and thighs.

So forget about the fear of ripping your clothes the nexttime your sneeze. Get into the resistance training and notice a whole new shapeform!
